The following photos are of three separate bullets fired from my CVA Scout V2 in .44 Rem Mag. All three bullets penetrated 4 gallon jugs of water from about 5 yards or so; the two Barnes bullets cracked the fifth jug. The bullets are from left to right: Underwood .44 Rem Mag with 300 grain XTP, Doubletap .44 Rem Mag with 225 grain Barnes, and Doubletap .44 Rem Mag with 200 grain Barnes.

300 Grain XTP all the way!! I personally don’t like Hornady bullets, Rifle that is. The XTP Pistol bullet line is my exception, they are AWESOME Bullets! I have recovered MANY of them over the years From .357 to .500 S&W and they all look very similar, Big Huge Mushrooms, I have always highly recommended the XTP’s. :yeah:
