They're LaCrosse Granger boots - no insulation. The LaCrosse Burly model has varying amounts of insulation for cold areas.
 
 I don't go anywhere without these on. One pair lasts me about 2 1/2 years.
Those are nice boots.  Got to get a pair.   Our deer lease is wetland; mudland after the recent rains. 

Know a couple rattlesnake catchers who wear tall rubber boots with padding between their legs and the boot.  They say it stops bites from big diamond backs.
