Need some advice, Kodiak Pro

Found a new CVA Kodiak Pro, SS fluted barrel, brown laminate thumbhole stock for $229. Is this a good deal. Will the Kodiak shoot Blackhorn. How well do they shoot. I currently shoot a Omega with a red dot. Am looking for a second ML to scope for the regular firearm season. What do you guys think?

I would say that is a good deal. I have been shopping for a Kodiak for a while and found the one I wanted in Cabelas bargain den. Kodiak Pro SS camo for$198.00. The cheapest laminated I have seen has been around $300.00.
I just got my scope mounted today, a Nikon buckmaster 4X I found on ebay for $105.00, so I havent shot it yet, but I have heard nothing but good about them.
Will be sighting in this week and post a range report.
