1f for 12gauge

Bought 3lb of 1f black powder from grafs just to see how it performs. I've heard tell it can be lacking on stopping power but produces a better pattern over all. Plan on starting out with 75gr under 1 1/4oz of #7... the clays won't care how fast the pellets are going. Any of you regularly use 1f powder?

Burn rate will be slower so will pressure build up etc

Common wisdom is the bigger bores do better with the slower powder, but of course ymmv

I've had great results with 12 ga. 3/4 oz. loads. Way more capable than most give them credit for. Now 1/2 oz. sounds really sporty..
