T/C Encore 209 X 50 Magnum Barrel Help Needed

I bought an Encore 209 X 50 Magnum barrel at a Gun Show for resale.

I’m trying to figure out how to get the Breech Plug out. I downloaded the only manual I could find; this barrel is an older model. The extractor-looking piece does not pivot sideways. There are no retainer screws on the bottom of the Barrel Lug.

The only video I could find online was for a Centerfire barrel:

According to it, I must drift a Roll-Pin to the side enough to pull the Extractor out.

Any advice would be greatly Appreciated!

Yes drive the roll pin out.

I know this an old post but I was looking at an older Encore frame and noticed there were two roll pins in the lug. One was for the locking lugs and the other I assume was for the extractor.

Did you get your extractor out.
