Ok, I'll jump in here. My Encore 209x50 best load is 125gr of BH209, Barnes 290 TMZ, CCI 209 Mag primer. Averaging 2 1/2 inch groups at 200 yards - 3" at 250. Took the bull elk in my avator at 210 yards. One shot, went 10 yards and died.
And, yes, I know what you are all going to say about the 125gr charge, but the difference between 120gr and 125gr was the difference between 3 1/2 inch groups and 2 1/2. Worth it to me and no pressure signs at all.
