I found out my case will not accommodate my newest rifle . Howa 1500 with target stock/ Leupold 8x24x50 with drop tube/bolt /range rod / range book . Won't close and don't want to break something like scope level Any suggestions on where to find such a case new /used ? Only use is for riding in UTV /truck to club ranges . Now that it's getting warmer I can be shooting daily but a soft case won't cut it , I need something drop proof . Almost ran over a gun last year .Thanks for any suggestions/Ed

Better price Exact case as Pelican. Half the price! I found on sale, $40 less.

Also for higher end cases and can be TSA approved. The Pelican case above is not TSA approved.

Negrini

I buy through Amazon. Free fast shipping for Prime.

For my two barrel
That case from Harbor Freight isn't 25% of what a Pelican case is. I've seen and handled them.

PELICAN CASES ARE TSA APPROVED.

Not sure I can agree. Where are the differences?
3232 reviews HF and 4.8 out of 5 stars

I got the Pelican with a rifle I bought recently. The seller said he could not check the pelican on airline flight when he traveled. The reason I got the Negrini case.

But, please show me the differences between HF and Pelican? Both sitting on the floor of my garage. Have the same weight and watertight seal.

@ENCORE50A I Do very much respect your opinions. You are one of the people I follow.
The case at HF is a knockoff, an attempt to copy. Its just like the Harris bipods being copied all over the world. Yes, I have one of the cheap knockoff Harris bipods.

As far as TSA approved, there's two ways you can verify what I'm saying. Google: are pelican cases TSA approved
Or....... call Pelican themselves and ask about the 1750 and if it's TS approved.

Here's just one. You can google the others.......... https://besttravelluggage.com/pelican-gun-case/

I own several Pelican cases. All have wheels to roll it around airports. Almost a dozen flights never had a problem. Loaded to 50 lb domestic airline weight limit. I use a portable quality spring scale when loaded to 48/49 lbs. Never had to pay overweight charges because was never overweight. Alaskan airlines allows 50 lbs ammo, others at 15 lbs.
