Thanks for the information, but I think I have it all worked out now. But the thought of moving the 'v peep' back does sound like a good thougt. Might have to look at that a bit more...

i really like there,it makes hole bigger but thats what i wanted for hunting.

it sights better in that location and does not get too dirty there, i use can of air after i get home to blow it off, if needed.

i called RMC to see if they could make me smaller peep for target, they said no but i really dont need it anyhow.

looks nice on barrel in that location.just 1 hole drilled and its right at location of patent breech /tang area.

it will also get a bath in water after shooting,so i use wd-40 to spray it after that so no rust can start underneath it...

i have peep like you put on but i dont like them,just does not look right on gun,looks to modern to me ,v-peep looks real neat in that location and pulls up to your eye fine..
