The best powder for the 30-06 is any of the "4350" . For light loads 4064 or varget works very well.

I bought the gun used with that Leupold Mk4 if you remember.. Thought it was a cheap copy turned out ok. Got $850 for it on Ebay awhile back.

Anyhow, I got this gun in hopes of tinkering a bit. It now wears a fully adjustable HS Precision stock with 20 MOA Seekins bases.

I am awaiting my IOR 3x18 .... it may be awhile for that.


OSU in the big dance again?? Dunno... I am as surprised as you, we are very young and will only lose 2 starting seniors this year.. I was very confident last year, dont know what this year will bring.
