I purchased this new approximately six years ago and have used it a bit for hunting. I replaced the brass bead front sight with a red Pedersoli red fiber optic front site. The barrel has a 1:24 twist, so bullets with a higher BC can be used. One of the ramrod retainers is broken off (you will see only one in the picture. Has a ghost ring, peep site for a rear site. The leather sling DOES NOT come with the gun. The rifle is in used, but good condition with a few handling marks on the barrel and small bit of wood off the stock near the hammer. I have always used Triple Seven loose powder, and the gun has been well taken care of and cleaned after shooting. $500 I will pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping to your door. The box, paperwork, and original brass bead sight will be included. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I also have this listed on Gunbroker but would prefer to sell it here and avoid the fees- I will accept COD if local (central IL), Money orders, Cashiers checks, or personal checks (all need to clear before shipping).
