Well as you all know I posted 2 or 3 days ago about the Twist rate of a TC ThunderHawk found out it is 1:38" twist so I thought it should be a pritty good Conical Shooter and WOW Was I right I will have to post PIC tommarrow as I am having to Recharge the batterys in my camera .

Well just got done shooting and cleaning her up and I have to say that I am very very impressed with this little gun, I bought it from TrapCat

She has a 24" SS barrle 1:38" twist a Charcoal gray Laminated Thumbhole stock has a Musket cap Nipple with open sights but also came with scope rings SS Dose not have a QLA system now I will post a pic of it here tommarrow! will do a Range report on it also with pic.

Yeah the 1-38 twisted thunderhawks and firehawks (IIRC) were from when T/C thought sabots were a passing fad. They were conical shooters that would supposedly shoot sabots too. I've always heard good things about them shooting conicals.
 
Yeah...VERY nice looking rifle! Kinda Black Diamondish. :D

I am planning to shoot some 300gr .430 XTPs with crush rib sabot threw her to see what she will do . NEVER KNOW

I am not sure they are made by TC for the Thunder & Fire Hawks they have 1 bolt that goes threw the middle that bolts it to the reciver , and once instaled they are rock solid you can't move them .
