Plus 1You guys are really paying the price they want for BH now? I'll stick to using real black. Cleaning doesn't bother me.

Totally worth the cost for me (although I’m stocked up for a few years at the old price). Powder is one of the cheapest expenses in my hunting adventures. Cost doesn’t bother me.You guys are really paying the price they want for BH now? I'll stick to using real black. Cleaning doesn't bother me.
I've always read .003-.005 crush on the primers is " ideal ".You have the idea .. back the bushing out in small steps. Measure the primer before you close the action on it, then again after you close the action. Call it about good when the primer is around 0.006" shorter.

Hmm..I don’t recall T7 and Bh209 ever being the same price. I recall T7 being about $25/lb and Bh209 being about $30-$35 for 10 oz (which seemed expensive at the time).T7 and BH used to be the same price.
The more I keep learning from everyone here the more I'm thinking I need to smokeless. Think I'll get myself a cva scout 45-70 from Santa to start my first smokeless build. Seems to be the cheapest abd easiest route. The more expensive Bh209 gets the more I’ll go to shooting smokeless.
Okay, that's fine by me.I've always read .003-.005 crush on the primers is " ideal ".
Personally, I don’t think you can beat a Woodman Omega. Prob gonna be about the same cost. The more I can't learning from everyone here the more I'm thinking I need to smokeless. I haven't paid over $50 and that's for the 10oz jug! I've got enough to last me for several years now!You guys are really paying the price they want for BH now? I'll stick to using real black. Cleaning doesn't bother me.
Wise man.I haven't paid over $50 and that's for the 10oz jug! I've got enough to last me for several years now!
I'm as old as dirt with no memory. You could be right. I thought it was lower when it first came out.Hmm..I don’t recall T7 and Bh209 ever being the same price. I recall T7 being about $25/lb and Bh209 being about $30-$35 for 10 oz (which seemed expensive at the time).
You wont be disappointed. I love mine. The more I can't learning from everyone here the more I'm thinking I need to smokeless. Think I'll get myself a cva scout 45-70 from Santa to start my first smokeless build. Seems to be the cheapest abd easiest route.
Maybe see if you can find a CVA Hunter to convert. Blued, but slightly longer barrel and no brake. The more I keep learning from everyone here the more I'm thinking I need to smokeless.
