sims recoil pad

Does anybody know if the sims wood recoil pad 10601 will fit the black synthic stock. (ps I'm new to the smokeless world and Im lovin it. I put the smack down on two does a week ago tonight, One was a straight on shot at about fifty yards the 300gr xtp went through the hide and made a hole almost the size of a baseball in its chest and went all the way throught and stuck in the inside of the rear quarter about a inch deep. All I can say is wow)

Sad to say Simms does not have a pad to fit the Savage. :cry: The only way to get one that will is the grind-to-fit model.

I think a slip on Sims pad will work. I have a slip on on my Benelli Nova turkey gun. It works great.

Yes the slip on pads will work! They aren't the best looking,but they do work. Ron
