No where near the camps we had expected. Turned out to bea lot of bs calls and not the record breaking attendance we were originally looking at. But overall i was really happy with the turn out. Traders were in large abundance, many many camps, tons of shoots, hawk and knife, archery, jug contests, you name it! It was a very active event this year.

I probably spent way to much, but i did get some great items.

New skins, otter hat, camp stove, 10x10 pyramid tent, multiple hawks and knife i traded for, belt bags, all sorts of goodies.

Even got some younger people to dress up and compete in the events too.

Looks like you had a great time FG!
That looks like on BIG dog on the bottom of the circle gathering.
Is that your new camp stove in the last photo ?

yep new camp stove. She is huge, she looks like a small bear from a distance lol.

Congratulations on having a good rendezvous. I would love to attend it there as I have a distant history with the area, but unfortunately age has been catching up with me pretty fast anymore.....I lived in Raton and then Springer in 1966. I've always loved that area and would have liked to meet some of the local rendezvous guys. I still participate in monthly club shoots here in Texas, but age is taking it's toll.

Looks like it was awesome, I had to forgo our rendezvous here in NW Montana this year.....
