Nula and breech plug

Hi guys,

Since there is some much conversation in regards to breech plug grease or tape. I wanted to ask a question in regards of what you do for your NULA's. After shooting my plug popped right out with minimal grease on the threads. Do we even need any with smokeless and the NULA? What do you seasoned NULA guys currently use?

I have never used any tape or grease lubricant, just a very light coating of Butch's Gun Oil. I never had the slightest problem in removing my breech plug at any time.

Thank Magnum! I put a coat of Breakfree CLP on it this moring. Off to shoot this weekend!

I was wondering the same thing. I guess some light gun oil on the threads is sufficient?
