In thinking it over concerning the accuracy of underhammers (at least mine) I've about decided one of the reasons for the superb accuracy is the quality barrel H&A used along with the fact mine has progressive rifling. That and the direct flash into the powder and not having to deal with "crooked as a snake" patent type breech plugs, etc.
