I talked to his son at the gun shop a while back. He told me at the time, but I dont remember exactly..maybe 270ish, or was it 170ish?? The idea to begin with was to do 500. He told me there are no plans to resume, if I remember right.

The total was 167 and the final guns were completed in July 2005.

I ordered one when they were being assembled. Mine shoots like a house on fire also!
This rifle will consistanly shoot 3/4" groups out to 150 yards with 42gr. 4759 and the Parker Ballistic Extreme 275gr(supplied w/MMP sabot).
I have heard of Mr. Ball building one for a customer, just did not apply the Henry Ball Limited stamp on the barrel.So you can get the same basic bedded, bead blasted version of it.
