Selling this for my brother He's asking $550.00 plus shipping, I've got one just like it and wouldn't part with mine it's a turkey killer for sure, He has neck problems and says it kicks too much for him. Has a few nicks on it and a few places down in the bore that are a bit rough but it still holds a good pattern.20240129_164659.jpg

Ok,I will get up with him and try to get some clearer pictures, none of them are bad, this is a gun that has most likely been hunted with and not just sat in somebody's closet over the years

Sorry for the delay on the pictures, He tried to send me some and I couldn't get them to transfer from my phone so I am getting the gun from him tomorrow and will get some more pictures sent.

I got the gun from my brother today and took some more pictures, there's pitting in the barrel as you can see but mine had some also when I bought it and it still shoots good patterns past 40 yds

Was this shot without a wad? As in traditional muzzleloader shotgun may I ask?
The reason I ask is I see linear type scoring in the barrel more than likely from exposed shot.
In my tests breech pitting may / can cause or lead to base deformity on a wad in the TK upon ignition. Lubed wool wads can help as OP.
Non severe pitting can be dealt with a barrel hone.
Regardless TK's are great ML shotguns as I can attest.

I couldn't say for sure, my brother bought it a couple years ago and I gave him some shot and wads and he shot it a few times cleaned it and put it away because he said it kicked to much for him, he's had issues with neck and back so he's never going to shoot it again.
