Curious has anyone shot these bullets from a .40 or .45 w/sabot ? I am thing of getting some of them to try out in my .40 Under-Hammer rifle
......All kinds of those were shot during the "45 Super" years. Its one of the bullets marketed as being shot at 7mm-08 speeds using 3 pellets.
Anything under 200gr, for me, is gonna be a premium bullet.Curious has anyone shot these bullets from a .40 or .45 w/sabot ? I am thing of getting some of them to try out in my .40 Under-Hammer rifle

You can't shoot'em in the eye every time under 50yds.Premium bullets for killing a deer ? I am pondering how many times i have killed them while tree rat hunting. 5-50 yards shot them in the eyeball socket graveyard dead. Couple dz. i know when i was young
Your right, just the ones that stop, lolYou can't shoot'em in the eye every time under 50yds.
Time and money spent practicing and etc. When I put the crosshairs on a deer, I'm not worrying about the bullet.
When our mold comes you'll have some that stop /just sayin EdYour right, just the ones that stop, lol
You should be fine with them.Maybe i did not express what i was going to shoot them through. I am going to try them in my 1:48 twist barrel.40 cal with Swiss black powder
I figured if i made the thread here i would get a more & better response than in the regular black powder section. ThanksYou should be fine with them.
