Im going to try them in .50 1/28, .45 1/20, .45 1/30. But Ill need to wait for a supply to do so.

I saw this bullet mentioned on another thread but didn't want to go off topic. A fellow member sent me a few and it seems they would make a beautiful long range bullet. Another member even commented on the higher BC. Beautiful for any range really. My question is, has anyone had experience shooting game (deer) with these. Wondering if they pencil through or get some expansion?

Kinda looks like it has the profile of a 200gr SST without the tip.

Doc White describes a very simular bullet that appears in his book. Although his is heavier it appears to have a,small meplat like your 290.
