Illinois gun hunters can now hunt the last 1/2 of light the same as bowhunters. This now gives us an additional 6 1/2 hours to hunt. 13 days (not counting youth) X 1/2 hour.

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Wildlife Code. Extends the daily period for deer hunting to 1/2 hour after sunset (now at sunset). Effective immediately.

Yea, Missouri lets you hunt until 1/2 hr. after sunset during rifle and ML seasons. It would definitely suck to have to quit at sunset. Seems like all the good bucks don't move until last light anyway and even then sometimes it's past legal shooting hours!
