My buddy cleaned his 700ml at the end of last season and apparently did not lube it very well as the firing pin is siezed in the bolt. You can not lift the bolt handle. I have been soaking it with penetrating oil and trying to tap on the end of the firing pin and I get a lot of rusty oil out of the rear of thr bolt. Any suggestions?

The bolt detent screw could be the culprit....loosen it and try again.

Sounds like he didn't disassemble and clean the bolt. Keep using the penetrating oil until you can get the bolt open. Remove it, and disassemble it and clean and oil it. This will fix the problem.

Good luck.
