Speer DC 300g spent slug

Thought I would also post a picture or two of the Speer DC 300g slug that my buddy's kid killed his buck with this week in Ohio.
Gun=CVA Electra
powder=135g T-7
sabot=CR

80 yard shot. bullet entered left front shoulder and stopped in ham on off side

I would have NO problem using this bullet...I'm sold on this bullet and the TEZ.

One of my personal favorites! I've never seen a core separation either

You're not kidding. I can't believe you can get this much bullet for such a good price! I'm amazed that more people don't use them. I'm also a fan of the 44 cal 240 grain. I still have some 260 grain Uni-Core that perform really well & produced some of the tightest groups I've ever shot! Too bad it's been discontinued :(
