Nipple Wrenches Anyone?

Hey all.  I have a T/C .45 caliber Seneca.  I ordered a T/C nipple wrench <a href='/tags/11' rel='nofollow' title='See all tagged subjects with: #11'>#11</a>.  It does not fit.  It has a 1/4" inside width while the nipple's base (where the wrench goes over) on the gun measures approximately 1/8" or 3/16" at most.  The CCI caps are <a href='/tags/11' rel='nofollow' title='See all tagged subjects with: #11'>#11</a> and they fit fine.  Any thoughts?
