White Squirrel

took these pictures at work today, its been 30 years since i saw a white squirrel.

My Dad had one of them a few years back around his house. It used to come to the bird feeders every day. and he was really tickled to see it. Then one day it stopped showing up. He suspects the neighbor kid as they were always shooting off pellet and BB guns. He's also had all black ones but those are kind of common where he lives. All I have are those rotten little red pine squirrels.

Suprised it made it this long w/ hawks and owls and stuff. Those little red ones fight the greys up hre something terrible. Funny when tye get at it loud noise.

I killed a white fox squirrel some years ago, it was all white except the tail was the normal red. I think it was just an old female. I called the local taxidermist and he want $75 for the full mount, so I took a couple pics of it and ate it!! :lol:

Those are some great pics too!! Looks like a true albino. 8)
