well i have just made a trade with this guy. i traded my 45 cal ardesa side hammer and a traditions tracker 209 in rough shape for a thompson center 50cal hawken (not kit gun) that is in about 90 percent. looks like it has never been fired. good trade? plus if any one knows the twist? can i shoot powerbelts out of it. (hope so). well till next time. thanks and good shooting!

I would say you made a good trade.

The twist in that Hawkins is 1-48. Some of them are excellent powderball shooters. All you can do it try them out.

Any trade you get what you want is a good trade. T/C Hawkens keep their resale value and are well made rifles. I would have traded.

THANKS GUYS! I'M GOING TO FIND OUT HOW IT SHOOTS IN THE NEXT 3 DAYS AND HOPEFULLY HUNT WITH IT SATURDAY. WILL LET YOU KNOW! THANKS AGAIN!
