Shipping in California.

I don't get it...Why do some dealers say yes for shipping,and some say no?
I thought black powder rifles(muzzle loaders) weren't classified under firearms?From what I read they still are not.
So...why does cabelas ship,and basspro,and a handful of other dealers do not?

Because these stores are trying to make no mistakes based on the intelligence factor of their hired employees. If you just no across theborad you a) can't get bit by the feds, b) you have ot visit their stores which more than likeley you will buy more! JMO
