I’ve written/ have shared on MML about my TK loads. ( at the moment I couldn’t find them . Darn! )
But fellow MML’rs here is what I have found.
90 gr Vol Black MZ
12 ga Lubed Wonder Over Powder wad.
BPI TPS46 wad ( trim the tips) It’s a neat wad as the petals are cut at an angle..
1/8 to 3/8” 20 ga. cork or felt wad filler inserted in wad.
( filler based on shot load j
15 grains of BSB or Type 47 BPI buffer. This amount will vary depending on shot oz. Highly important to use buffer.
( I did a test with no buffer, same 1 5/8 oz TSS load. Resulted in two pellet strikes at 40 in a 10” circle. ) Buffered usually 245 + at 40.
Thin 12 ga. over shot card.
I need to do a video. In time will do.
I use pharmaceutical bottles to assemble the shot loads.
It has the shot, buffer, wad , OSC & OP lubed wad.

After powder dump, Seat the OP WAD.
Next seat wad.
Dump the buffered shot. Tapping the barrel around the where the wad is seated.
Seat the OSC . Tap again the barrel. This is settling the buffer amongst the shot.
Let her rip.
Good hunting.
