A lot of folks can't understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in our country.

Nobody bothered to check the oil.

We just didn't know we were getting low.

The reason for that is purely geographical.

u cannot believ the hoops you have to jump threw to get OIL out of PA? But it is not oil they want anymore, it is the gas, which is a whole other issue. Before you guys start seeing the light w/ the O admin ask this question, what tied up the oil fmo private and commercial interests in the past? EPA, they will do it again and in 4 years (yes 4 after he is reelected) he will say oh I tried. Why afren't we on all the federal property in the west right now drilling, how about Anwar where we are prepared, have studies, have manpower and pipleine ready to go, cause it ain't gonna happen! Anwar would bring the quickest oil releif and even that would have little effect over price, because the Government has taxed the heck out of the drillers. It is a bunch of crap friends!

Wait untill Iran gets nukes and shuts down the all the shipping lanes out of the oil producing nations. And they are going to get them as this arab loving neval chamberlin apparently does not think a nuke armed Iran is a bad thing. I just heard out own CIA puts the time frame at 1-2yrs max before the Iranians have nukes.

Can you say WW-III and $175 a barrel oil and $8-$10.00 a gallon gas.

Doubt what I say all you want, but what do you think one of the first things the Iranians will do once they become a nuke power?

Remember Irainas are not arabs, nore do they consider thems selves as such. Iraians consider themselves Persians not arabs so they are not inclined to care what the rest of the arab world says about anything.
