breech plug cleaning question

How do you clean/dry the breech plug hole after using solvent and hoppes? What fits through there that will remove residue? thanks

Use a drill bit for the flame channel. A nipple pick or a needle with thread or string can also be used to clean the flash hole. Pressurized air also works to blast and dry the inside of the plug after solvents have loosened things up.

For all but the narrowest portion of the flame channel a pipe cleaner is excellent.

I use pipe cleaners, Q-Tips, & a set of 'torch/welding tip cleaners' if need be.
