Ring Height Question...

Leupold Quick release lever rings for a Encore, 6x40mm scope.
Do I need medium rings or high?

Found some highs, but I think they would put the scope too high.

I can tell you exactly because I do not use Leupold QR rings. All of the Leupold bases and normal rings I use for a 40mm objective are 'meduim' heighth.
