Sabotless in a Disc Elite .45

Guys..

I was just playing around with my newly aquired .45.. It seems a Parker Ballistic Extreme will fit down the bore nicely. ( Loads almost the same as the Hornady FPB )

Has anyone tried this yet?

What rate of twist does that Knight .45 caliber have? Also what other loads have you shot out of it.
