Here are my receiver measurements:

.45 DISC Elite - 4.299"
.50 DISC Elite - 4.300"
.50 DISC Original - 4.322"

I do not like the .050" difference between Busta's .50 MHC and my .50 DISC Original.

this is what i came up with using busta's way of meas.

.50 stainless D.I.S.C. 4.308

.45 super disc 1/20 4.302

.45 stainless disc extreme 4.298

.45 stainless disc 4.300

.50 stainless disc extreme 4.299

I ordered 2 of these Gen II conversions today. I have 4 Knight rifles, 2 'original'(orange disc) & 2 'extreme'(red discs). My go to M-L has been one of the originals. It has a great trigger and I have kept it in fine shape. I know these conversions are for the extreme & elite but it would be nice for me if it was to work in the original. I'll have a use for them either way. My gun has been shooting fine with the B209 but I do notice a good amount of blowback & residue on the bolt. I don't really mind the discs but I'm looking forward to trying the non disc BP out.

Looking K's measurements there is a good chance that the kit might work in your Original DISC, you wil have to get the bolt conversion from Knight though as you need a Extreme bolt, course you could switch one from one rifle to the other to check....

Another thing to keep in mind is the length of the bolts. My six bolts measure 2.551", 2.552", 2.553", 2.556", 2.558", and 2.560" for .009" more variation.

I went and measured my other .50 Disc Extreme MHC and it's serial # is only 15 away (earlier) from my other one. These are 16XX range. I will repost all of my measurements, and add the new ones.

My measurements are:

#1 .50 cal Extreme MHC = 4.272"

.45 cal Super DISC = 4.298"

.45 cal Disc Elite = 4.298"

#2 .50 cal Extreme MHC = 4.290" that is .018" longer than the other one.

I remeasured the #1, and came up with the exact same measurements as before, 4.272".

All my bolts came in at 2.560" as supplied, from bolt face to rear of bolt lug. Kinda shocking, but I knew that must be a fluke, and substantiated by jsteurrys measurements.
