Cartridges I?m reloading.
Can you guys guess what they are?
Most of them are really easy.

Some are pretty hard Nug! :huh?:

My guesses...from left to right:

.357 mag, .204 Ruger, .223 Rem, .243 Win, 6.5X55 Swedish Mauser, .270 Win, .280 Ackley Improved, 30-30 Win, .358 Norma, .376 Steyer, .458 Winchester..

VERY unique and varied selection!

How did I do?

I don't think the one on the left is a .357 (unless it's warped) but I wanna know how you figured out .280 Ackley Improved (I think ya did real on all but possibly those two - and you may be right there as well).

I couldn't tell if it's a straight-walled case or not...I'm really just guessing that's what it is. It DOES look funny...

but I wanna know how you figured out .280 Ackley Improved

It has a sharper shoulder than the one next to it...but it really doesn't look like a 40 degree shoulder of the Ackleys.. 7x64 perhaps? 8)

.32-20 WIN for that one on the left?

And I think that other one is just a .280 Remington.

444, 224 weatherby, 220 swift, 243, 260, 303, 30-06, 30-30, 375JDJ, 35 Whelan, and finally a 45-70 Gov't. LOL  Where's my prize *G*

Wow, Chuck. :applause:
You nailed it. :prayer: :partyman:

Sorry Drew_CarreyAB. :nono:

Thanks Nug! I thought I had it...That .280/7X64 had me a little! That's really a nice, varied collection! You can do ANYTHING with those cartridges!

I'll try to post some today/tomorrow....

Thanks, Chuck.
I think there are still gaps in there.

Are they going to fit in 3 or 4 pictures?

Nug you got it covered pretty good except for one real long range blaster like a 300 RUM or maybe a .338 Lapua. Nice collection!

Thanks R-man. I know. I really want .338 Lapua. The other day I almost bought Sako TRG-42 in 338 Lapua. Jim had to twist my arm and escort me from the store. :wall:
I?m still drooling on that rifle. Store had it for $3200 and 20% off coupon. But thing is that we do not have range to shoot it. Longest distance available at our range is 300 yards.

Or should I wait for this http://www.cz-usa.com/media_releases.php?m=4&msgid=66 ?

I dunno the CZ might be good, but personally I think I would either get the Sako or more likely for that kind of jack go the custom route.

wow... That is a real gift ya got there Chuck!

I got the obvious... .204, .223, and 30-30 Maybe cuz I have all of those.

Pretty amazing! What is up with that 6.5 Swede?? Needs a longer bullet :huh?:

Nug - Jimmy, can you shed some light please?

JJ,
Swede likes heavy bullets. One on the picture is Norma Oryx 156GR seated to 0.03 off the grooves.
Rifle, of course is Steyr  Mountain with 20in barrel.
I?m getting velocity 2700 ft/sec with 48GR N560.
I know Jim likes 160GR Sierras., but I do know details.

Okay...Here are some I load...None are the same as Nugs... 8)..uhoh..there IS one that is the same as Nugs!
