If that bore is really tht tight (.499) you might have to drop down to the thinner sabots to be able to load a project...
You mentiond that you took it to work to get the exact measurement, in that same effort did you check to see if the diameter was the same all the way down the bore? There are some folks indicating the the bore does get tighter right about where the recoil lug is mitered into the under side of the barrel? Just curious.
hornady xtp .451 in either a short black mmp-12 or mmp-24 sabot will do the trick.
Second, I have no idea where FG gets some of his information.
He is suggesting the thinner .451 rather than the normal .452 which might be a good thought, but then he goes on to suggest a
short black mmp-12 or the mmp 24. Those two sabots are both the same length but the 24 is thinner. If you look at this thread you can see for yourself. Next, the 12 is a thicker sabot and with your tight bore I do not think that is you answer....
MMP does make a short black but it is not an HPH series and it is thicker than the 12
Check the pictures and measurements in this thread....

You can see the 12 measures a .506 in diameter.
Do you have any HPH-24's? if you do pull the BP and push a sabot-bullet combination down.... If it works great.... if it is as tight as expect using your measurments you are probably going to need a Harvester Crush Rib or the MMP HPH-3p-EZ-load sabot... Since I do not have an Accura - I am going strictly by your measurements... Another thought to remember, I am sure CVA cuts the bore tight as they would prefer that you shoot their line of bullets - Power Belts....
