Kansas next weekend

Need some help. I am going to Kansas next week for a muzzy hunt. Plans havent worked out like we had hoped. We are flying into Kansas from a few states over. Problem is I need to get powder and caps to where I am going to hunt. With how things have changed I will need to ship it to the guy we are staying with. Nobody will ship black powder though; ups and usps said no way. I might have to try ordering it from cabelas or basspro and have them to ship it to his address. Is there any other choices? What have any of your guys done in this situation? Thanks for the help...I am really behind the game on this hunt.
