Arizona Elk Hunt Draw Date

Does anyone know about when the results for the AZ elk draw will come out? This is my first ever elk application and very excited. I have heard many people say it takes place in the month of March, but the game and fish website tells it coming out in April. Any chance of the results coming out this month?
