I just got an e-mail from Lehigh this evening for a refund for my plug purchase. As far as I'm concerned that is a man standing behind his product. He did this without me ever contacting him about any issues. Thanks Dave!

I didnt even complain or anything. He even knew mine might not fit the GMB54 but im fairly sure i can make it work. I told him it might not and i got a refund anyway.
IMO he is doing everything he can to make things right.

I will just order some more DOA bullets until its all worked out. Customer service like this goes a LONG way in my book.
