Do you mean the Extreme 220 and 200gr plated RNFPs?

The Diameter is right at .400 on the 50 i measured. I didnt measure the length though.

If so i will get that info when i get off of work
 
yup!! The 200....my fave for the 45 for sure!!!!!give or take 5 grains.
