Remington 700 ML problem

I have a 45cal 700ml that I cannot work the bolt(open the action), work the safety, nor the trigger. I have removed the trigger assembly, and the bolt and safety still do not operate. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas as to what is happening.

Your bolt is probably locked up with powder fouling. You need to get it out and take it apart and clean it.

You might try taking it out of the stock and soaking it in a penetrating oil. This should allow you to open the bolt and remove it. Then you can disassemble and clean it.
