300 xtp is it all that and a bag of chips

i am beginning to think that a non mag 300xtp is the holy grail. i am sure thinking it will take all game in north america well ok squirrels are out! any arguments?

I believe a 300 XTP, assuming good shot placement, will quickly cause the demise of a squirrel.

I have not shot any non mag 300 grain XTP. I do like the 300 grain XTP mag for punching holes at the range though. There is just something about the 240 grain XTP mag that makes it my bullet of choice so I do not experiment with many other bullets.

short mmp 39.0 5744 or 44.0 5744 both are one hole loads in mine
