any good or bad about Cabela scopes.they say they are put through a severe pounding and will hold up! also who makes the Cabelas scopes?

My son has a 3x9 pine ridge on his ML with the trajectory compensating reticle. Reticle is thin, hard to see. Also eye relief is not very forgiving. Eye has to be aligned just so. I would not recommend the scope he has.
I noticed that the new Cabela's ML scopes are called "Powderhorn". I have not seen them yet.

I bought a 4x12x44 Cabelas's Pine Ridge for 50% off i could not go wrong!I mounted it on my Mossberg atr 30.06 and went to the range and was shooting 1in groups at 100 yards using the new Winchester Max Bonded super X. I was very happy with the whole set up :D
