My son and i got our muzzle loader deer tags in the mail today . He will be back from serving a mission for our church next month . BOY am i pumped . As soon as the snows gone , we will start scouting for a nice buck or two . Next month we will be able to get the spike bull tags , from over the counter. Also got the V-Comp for my Ruger MKIII pistol , it also came in the mail . A good day !! :D

yep , i went fly fishing to S. Idaho yesterday and it was snowing . It was also snowing in the mountains ( 9,000 feet ) behind out home .today . And last week i was Coyote hunting in a blizzard . We have had the craziest weather this spring . Monday it going to be 80 deg .But our snow pack was only 70-80% so anything will help . The Elk are all ready back where i hunt them and been the for a month .

Its may 20th and Its snowing in the hill behind my home today .

Here is a short video from one of the hills above Hyde Park . They don't look that steep looking up at them , but once you start climbing they seem to grow as you go .
