Not really seeing the problem from here. What are you having problems with?

It has a lot of small problems that I can't fix like, a gap between the front of the drum and the lock plate needs to be welded up and recut , I was to happy with the Dremel tool ! , the front sight needs to be cut deeper , front barrel staple needs to be replaced the nose cap end of the stock has sagged down , butt plate not inline , stock work , lock panels , cheek rest and shaping of forearm . I have had to move in a basement apt. and no where to work !

Here is a Remington rolling block I'm building . Let me know what you think ? I will be getting back to my Leman after this , I rigged me up a place to work , The wife is not to happy with my gun stuff every where !! The roller is a 45/70 .

The Rolling Block project looking good. As to help with the Leman, that's going to need to be in person. If there is no one near You that has that capability on this site, You might try on "homegunsmith.com .

Love rollers' Where did you get the wood ? Neidner butt plates are a bit difficult for me, but I get it done........Mossie

Love the roller! Where did you get the frame? I had one back in the late '60s which I bought (before GCA '68) through the mail for the princely sum of $7.50 + shipping. A .43 Egyptian. Bought a Buffalo Hunter kit from Numrich for another $45, which came with a .444 Marlin barrel, sights, forearm and butt stock. It was HEAVY! I had it hanging on the wall of my cabin in Fairbanks when I put the cabin on skids and a neigbor dragged it down to a better location. The rifle fell off the wall during the move and broke the stock. A friend wanted it so I gave it away, and have been kicking myself ever since!
