I have a Kansas nonres tag this year for the sept muzzleloader hunt. I have been looking up laws but Kansas website says the new regs will be out till sept. 1. Can anyone give me an idea what they will be for muzzleloader in the early hunt. Can you now use a powered scope? Any other laws that I need to know about? Thanks guys.

I will just reply to myself. I finally found some regs for 09 deer. All it mentions says is..."optical scopes or sights that project no visible light toward the target and do not electronically amplify visible or infrared light may be used"

So I guess and scope capable of magnification is legal now.
