When you guys are measuring BP, do you tap the powder in the measure or do you just fill and cut the top?

Perry

because you put it in a form of a question, I pour slightly over full, tap on the side of the measure 10 times and close the spout (leveling the load) of my see threw and pour it in.

with the cut off funnel I do not tap. With the open powder measure, I shake the top off, but do not tap.

I use a cut-off type measure also. I over fill slightly, tap once, then slice off the extra and load.

fill

I overfill w/ the TC Uview and then tap twice then w/ the top push excess to the box lid I load my Lanes Tubes over.

The only thing that matters about method chosen is that you use the same method each time.

I use 5. :D

Thanks for in-put guys!! Sounds like BP shooting is not that different than Centerfire loading.....Consistancy!!
