In my opion only...

So, are we saying that a White rifle shooting conicals (or sabots) and a Renegade with fast twist GM barrel shooting conicals (or sabots) are comparable shooters?

I say they are totally... The White would be able to handle concicals longer than an inch long better than the LRH because it has a 1/24 twist and the LRH is 1/28

If yes, what is the difference between the two options as a hunting tool? Is it the ignition system? Is the Renegade less reliable? - substantially or slightly? Weather related or inherently?

The White ignitions system is probably better (more reliable) than a sidehammer fow two reasons. 1. the distance from the cap to the powder is shorter and 2. it is inline with the powder.

For the side hammer the distance is greater and the flash has to change directions. Experiance shooting the sidehammer can pretty much overcome these two weaknesses...

And yes it is weather related... both from temperature and moisture...

Again just my two cents
