Went on to Midway USA and found 500 rnds of .223 Wolf 55gr ammo for $8.49 per 20. Didnt think they would have it in stock. UPS will deliver on Friday.

Couldnt find any .357 Sig ammo though

was @ the bass pro shop ( in savannha Ga.) and they have a bunch of 357 sig ammo, no regular 357 but plenty of the sig stuff

are you using these bullets in an AR or other auto loader?

wolf brand ammo has steel casings that are VERY abrasive and rough on chambers and receivers. its also inconsistant, polly full metal jackets? no good for hunting...

An old post, but I pass on the Wolf. Some types of Wolf may have the laquer(sp?) coating. If you leave this ammo sitting in a hot chamber some may 'melt' off. I've heard some reports of gas tube issues too. This may not apply to recently manufactured ammo. For dogtown my load is clean buring Ramshot TAC or X-terminator under a 50 grn V-Max.
