Well, I finally finished my Mountain Rifle.
First day ever at the range with it.
This is the best shooting Muzzleloader I have ever shot, not to mention it is the
least amount of money I have ever spent on a Muzzleloader.
Still need to finish zeroing it.

Looks great and shoots great. Looks like you've got a good combo there. Will you hunt whitetails with that load or do you up the charge? The reason I ask is I'm going to be working on my 2 renegades in March.

Sadly being in Commiefornia we can not hunt with lead, no exceptions.
So RB firearms are range fun only.
But for hunting I would try to up the load.

That's a handsome rifle; and it's accurate, too. I've found the barrels on these old rifles are excellent. Good barrels are the rule; not the exception.
