Found out yesterday, got drawn for firearm and ML seasons in illinois. Got to find the ideal load for my Knight. Going to use BH209 powder . It's been several years since I have hunted up there. Can't wait till Nov.

If it's been a few years since you have been there, I think the out-of-state prices have gone up a bunch!

You're right about that. But, you usually get what you pay for. Here in TN, my chances of harvesting a real good buck is slim and none! I'm going to hunt hard and hope for the best.

I've got 3 muzzleloader tags in IL this year (1 either-sex, 2 antlerless). I plan to hunt the entire 7 days unless of course I tag out early.

BTW, IL NonResident muzzleloader hasn't change price in awhile I don't think. Firearms on the other hand went up this year.

What county are you hunting TNdeer? I'll be in Johnson/Union Co.

I will be in Lawrence County. One of the guys on the lease found a 170 inch buck last year, dead from blue tongue. That hurts!!
